Mr. Hassan Abdullah Kassab

Mr. Hassan Kassab has more than 37 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Construction Industry. He has served prominent organizations of the Middle East in this field such as BCEC, Mother Cat Limited of Beirut, Saudi Arabia & Qatar; Lebanese Engineers Works, Lebanon; Salpa Co. Alzawiah, Libya in various management positions of Site Manager, Project Manager and Senior Projects Manager. He is a Member of the Lebanese Engineering Syndicate.

He joined Black Cat since 1984 and is currently in the capacity of Proposal Manager fully responsible for the Tendering and Contracts. He is competent in pricing, technical / commercial negotiations; scheduling & planning and manpower & equipment distribution management skills to name a few.

Mr. Kassab's proficiency in the Oil & Gas field covers but is not limited to Pipelines, Pumps/Compressor Stations, Degassing Stations, Oil Refineries, Power Stations, Tank Farms, Turnaround Shutdowns, Project Management, Contract Administration, Construction, Installation, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up of Projects.

His expertise includes leveraging and developing in-house talent, creating accomplished technical write-up of different method statements, execution plans and setup of construction plans and policies for various Construction / Installation / Pre-commissioning / Commissioning Procedures for new proposals. He conducts various safety training seminars, lessons, in line with different safety rules and regulation for the proper working procedures inside restricted areas and live plants.

Mr. Hassan Kassab holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Cairo University. He has a wide knowledge of Internationally Applicable Codes & Standards in the Oil & Gas Industry including ISO Standards 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:1999 and Environmental Standard 14001: 2004.
