Black Cat Engineering and Construction maintains a full-fledged Procurement Department with knowledgeable and well-experienced personnel. BCEC uses custom-developed Materials Management Software for placement of orders as per ISO quality procedures and to manage the orders both in Macro and Micro level to maintain accurate tracking of ordered material status, thereby avoiding any unexpected delays in delivery.

BCEC also makes use of International Inspection Services and Expediting Agencies to ensure that the materials received are not only delivered on time but also conform to the ordered specification and meet the quality requirements.
